2026年是國家「十五五」規劃開局之年。為進一步落實「十五五」國家發展目標，助力香港加快建設國際高端人才集聚地和國際高質量創科中心；以科技創新引領現代化産業體系建設, 著力突破關鍵核心技術，把握新一輪科技革命和産業變革新機遇。香港北京高校校友联盟（京校聯）在連續兩年成功舉辦「香港世界青年科學大會」暨「香江諾貝論壇」主題系列活動，搭建起連通內地、面向世界諾貝爾獲得者、頂尖青年科學家、領軍企業家、新銳創業者高端對話與交流合作的平臺基礎上，將於2026年4月12日-16日在香港「國際創科營商周」期間，舉辦2026第三屆「香港世界青年科學大會」暨第三屆「香江諾貝論壇」主題系列活動。大会以「与世界协创未来」为主题，邀請來自世界各地的諾貝爾獎、圖靈獎獲得者、海內外院士、著名青年科學家、科創生態行業領袖、優秀創科企業家以及國際組織代表雲集香港，圍繞人工智能、具身機器人、生物醫藥、量子科技、綠色能源等前沿議題，探討前沿科技、未來產業的發展與合作。 「香港世界青年科學大會」旨在把握新一輪科技革命和產業變革新機遇，面向世界諾貝爾、圖靈獎獲得者、頂尖青年科學家、領軍企業家、新銳創業者，搭建高端對話與交流合作新銳平臺，助力香港協同打造國際高科創新中心、國際高端人才集聚高地，以科技創新引領社會經濟高質量發展來。

The year 2026 marks the commencement of China's 15th Five-Year Plan. To thoroughly implement the national development goals set forth in the Plan, support Hong Kong in accelerating its development into a global hub for high-end talent and a world-class international innovation and technology center, lead the modernization of the industrial system through technological innovation, strive for breakthroughs in key core technologies, and seize the opportunities presented by the new wave of technological revolution and industrial transformation, the Hong Kong Beijing University Alumni Alliance, building on the success of the "Hong Kong World Youth Science Conference" and the "Xiangjiang Nobel Forum" themed series over the past two years—which established a high-end dialogue, exchange, and cooperation platform connecting Mainland China with the world, bringing together Nobel Laureates, top young scientists, leading entrepreneurs, and cutting-edge innovators—will host the 2026 3rd "Hong Kong World Youth Science Conference" and the 3rd "Xiangjiang Nobel Forum" themed series from April 12 to 16, 2026, during Hong Kong's "International Innovation and Technology Business Week." Under the theme "Co-creating the Future with the World," the Conference will bring together Nobel Laureates, Turing Award winners, academicians from home and abroad, renowned young scientists, leaders of the innovation and technology ecosystem, outstanding I&T entrepreneurs, and representatives of international organizations in Hong Kong. The event will focus on frontier topics such as Artificial Intelligence, Embodied Robotics, Biomedicine, Quantum Technology, and Green Energy, exploring the development and collaboration of cutting-edge technologies and future industries. The "Hong Kong World Youth Science Conference" aims to seize the opportunities presented by the new wave of technological revolution and industrial transformation by establishing a high-end dialogue, exchange, and collaboration platform for Nobel Laureates, Turing Award winners, top young scientists, leading entrepreneurs, and cutting-edge innovators from around the world. It seeks to support Hong Kong in its coordinated efforts to become an international hub for technological innovation and a global center for high-end talent, driving high-quality socio-economic development through technological innovation.
