數碼火炬科創號發射成功! 京校聯學者攜手京港兩地科學家加盟研發 Scholars from Beijing-Hong Kong Universities Collaborate with Scientists from Both Cities in Joint R&D Efforts.

香港北京高校校友聯盟(以下簡稱「京校聯」),攜手京港兩地的高校校友、學者、科學家共同研發低軌衛星新科技,從總體設計、衛星載荷、軌道設計等進行了科學的設計與研發。


                                                                      


今年6月,國家(中關村)火炬科創學院香港分院正式成立併入駐香港數碼港,QTT商業衛星有限公司(以下簡稱「QTT公司」)也隨同京校聯一同入駐數碼港創新分院。香港數碼港作為亞洲領先的科技樞紐,擁有精准的產業定位、高效的資源整合,為科技型企業安裝了「政策+資本」的高速推進器,短時期內能形成集聚效應。QTT公司借助數碼港的區位優勢、創新優勢和政策優勢,並攜手香港理工大學土地測量及地理资讯學系成立了聯合實驗室,瞄準AI衛星運用、智慧城市、智慧交通的應用場景,並從事研發、製造新型商業衛星。

全圖通位置網路有限公司(以下簡稱「全圖通」)作為參與單位,與北京工業大學在北京市經濟技術開發區成立了北京市人才基地,借助於北京高校的科技技術和人才優勢,共同打造互聯網衛星、AI 計算衛星,特別是未來基於衛星的邊緣計算平臺,做到產學研一體,為空間信息領域拓展新的技術空間、應用空間和商業空間。

此次,數碼創新號冠名和發射的成功,進一步推動了入駐香港數碼港企業的創新熱情,並為QTT公司和全圖通公司在今後的發展過程中,更好吸納國際人才奠定了基礎,開創了香港商業航天資本運作的新格局。未來將繼續攜手京校聯對接香港數碼港,全圖通公司和 QTT 公司在今明兩年將會研製 2-3 顆以邊緣計算為主導的功能性衛星,預計該衛星將具有極高的物理安全性,能夠抵禦自然災害,基本不受地震、海嘯、洪水、火災等地面災害影響,構建天基雲計算平臺,實現真正的分佈式空間計算服務。這將作為「龍圖星系」衛星發射計劃的重要組成部分。未來,衛星發射至太空後,將為香港的金融企業提供密鑰管理服務,將伺服器功能通過專用衛星載荷部署至太空,通過衛星通信和加密傳輸技術,為香港 RWA、加密貨幣、穩定幣提供重要數據的保存和保護,將加密密鑰和關鍵數據備份至太空,以防止駭客入侵和其他緊急事態發生,提供極高的安全性能。

近期,全圖通二號(即京校聯一號)衛星將擇日發射,伺服器衛星也將進入研發和總體設計階段,在京校聯的大力推動下,京港兩地高校的校友、學者、科學家們將進行更多的技術交流和學術交流。

同時,2025年9月19日非暴露空間國際學術論壇將在北京舉行,此次論壇將有衛星學術報告和衛星技術專題研討。站在科技發展的前沿,全球大國和科技巨頭正在積極佈局下一代信息安全基礎設施的核心組成,這是應對未來網絡戰、極端災害、保障金融和社會核心數據安全的重要組成部分。歡迎廣大愛好者共同參與會議。



Digital Torch Innovation Ark Successfully Launched!

Scholars from Beijing–Hong Kong Universities Collaborate with Scientists in Joint R&D Efforts

The Hong Kong Beijing University Alumni Alliance (hereinafter referred to as the "Alliance") joined hands with alumni, scholars, and scientists from universities in Beijing and Hong Kong to jointly research and develop new low-orbit satellite technologies. Scientific design and development were carried out in areas such as overall system design, satellite payloads, and orbital planning.

In June this year, the National (Zhongguancun) Torch Innovation College Hong Kong Branch was officially established and入驻香港数码港 (settled in Hong Kong Cyberport). QTT Commercial Satellite Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "QTT Company") also moved into the Cyberport Innovation Branch alongside the Alliance. As a leading technology hub in Asia, Hong Kong Cyberport boasts precise industry positioning and efficient resource integration, providing tech enterprises with a "policy + capital" high-speed booster that quickly generates agglomeration effects. Leveraging Cyberport’s locational, innovative, and policy advantages, QTT Company partnered with the Department of Land Surveying and Geo-Informatics at Hong Kong Polytechnic University to establish a joint laboratory. This initiative focuses on AI satellite applications, smart cities, and intelligent transportation scenarios, engaging in the R&D and manufacturing of new commercial satellites.

As a participating unit, Quantutong Positioning Network Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Quantutong") collaborated with Beijing University of Technology to establish a talent base in Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area. By leveraging the technological and talent advantages of Beijing universities, they are jointly developing internet satellites, AI computing satellites, and particularly future satellite-based edge computing platforms. This integration of industry, academia, and research aims to expand new technological, application, and commercial spaces in the field of spatial information.

The successful naming and launch of the Digital Innovation Ark have further ignited the innovative enthusiasm of enterprises入驻香港数码港 (settled in Hong Kong Cyberport). It also lays a foundation for QTT Company and Quantutong to better attract international talent in their future development, creating a new landscape for commercial aerospace capital operations in Hong Kong. Moving forward, they will continue to work with the Alliance to collaborate with Hong Kong Cyberport. Quantutong and QTT Company plan to develop 2–3 functional satellites dominated by edge computing within this year and the next. These satellites are expected to feature extremely high physical security, capable of resisting natural disasters and remaining largely unaffected by ground catastrophes such as earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, and fires. They will form a "space-based cloud computing platform," delivering truly distributed spatial computing services. This initiative will be a key component of the "Longtu Constellation" satellite launch plan. Once launched into space, these satellites will provide key management services for Hong Kong’s financial enterprises by deploying server functions via dedicated satellite payloads. Using satellite communication and encrypted transmission technologies, they will safeguard critical data for Hong Kong’s RWA, cryptocurrency, and stablecoin sectors by backing up encryption keys and essential data in space, thereby preventing hacker invasions and other emergencies with exceptionally high security.

In the near future, the Quantutong-2 (i.e., Alliance-1) satellite will be launched on a selected date, and server satellites will enter the R&D and overall design phase. Driven by the Alliance, alumni, scholars, and scientists from universities in Beijing and Hong Kong will engage in more technical and academic exchanges.

Meanwhile, the International Academic Forum on Non-Exposed Space will be held in Beijing on September 19, 2025. The forum will include academic reports and thematic discussions on satellite technology. At the forefront of technological development, global powers and tech giants are actively deploying core components of next-generation information security infrastructure, which is crucial for addressing future cyber warfare, extreme disasters, and ensuring the security of financial and societal core data. Enthusiasts are warmly welcome to participate in the conference.
